From 25 to 28 May 104 judges, prosecutors and investigators from 29 countries took part in a training course on the fight against cybercrime to enhance their technical knowledge and discuss practices. This course comes in response to growing demand from the ENM's foreign partners to be able to fight this phenomenon more effectively and reinforce cooperation against a background of an exponential rise in major cyber attacks.
On 6 and 7 February 2020, the National School for the Judiciary (ENM), in partnership with European judicial training institutes and the French National Council of Administrators and Receivers (CNAJMJ), held a seminar in Paris on "Cross-Border Insolvency Procedures in the European Union". It was attended by 70 French and foreign judges and insolvency practitioners.
To coincide with International Anti-corruption Day on 9 December 2019, the ENM organised 2 emblematic training sessions in France and abroad (in Kazakhstan) as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a joint approach. Here we look at French expertise in this area and the need for cooperation between States.
